Homely and handmade
Our jam, the syrup, the herbal and blossom salt, the soothing tea blends and the edible blossoms are made from the cultivation on our organic farm and the wild harvest of our Obwalden mountain herbs. Planting, caring for, collecting, harvesting, processing, drying, mixing and packaging of the local herbs is all done by hand.
Regular harvesting and gentle drying preserve the colours, ingredients and aromas.
With our exquisite and environmentally friendly farm productsYou not only make yourself happy, but also friends, employees or business partners.
We supply selected shops that value organic and locally produced: such as the Bio Familia with "guets from Obwalde", the Huisladä Sarnä, the Dorfchäsi Wolfisberg in Alpnach and also the Melchsee-Fruttlädeli.
herbal tea

All of our tea blends are very colorful with blossoms and are therefore an eye-catcher in every gift basket. We vary our offer according to the season.
confi

Sweeten the start of the day with one of our homemade jams. This is how the seasons can be experienced in a new way: In spring with rhubarb, elderberry and cherry, in summer mirabelles and greengage plums, in autumn plums and grapes and through the winter with quince jelly.
herbal and flower salt

The herbal salt is ideal as table salt, for seasoning or you can use it directly when cooking.
By using herbal salts, you automatically use less salt because the herbs refine the dishes with their aroma.
It is a delicate seasoning for soups, vegetables, dips, spreads, meat, fish and pasta dishes.
flower mix

Our edible flowers make every meal a feast for the eyes!
Simply sprinkle the dried flowers over the dish, in the salad, over the rice or the cheese fondue or use them to decorate the spread.
The colorful blossoms also make every herb butter wonderfully colorful and are also suitable for in pastries and desserts.
